At Barbecues Galore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living setup. If your new grill or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or visit your local showroom with your original order number and proof of purchase to start the return process.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in the manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals and components.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it at an authorized carrier location, or bring the item directly to any Barbecues Galore retail store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
